To avoid disappointment bookings should be made in advance but last minute bookings will be accomodated as much as possible, in the quieter months this will be easier.

Days of arrival and departure are counted as whole days and are charged accordingly. If you want to drop off or pick up your cat outwith normal business hours we are fairly flexible but this has to be arranged beforehand.

We also provide a FREE pick up and delivery service for new customers, within local travelling distance at our discretion, for first time bookings.
